Sweet Chilli Squid


Arini masak chinese cuisine. Resepi amik kat buku resepi "Everyday Chinese".


1 tbsp sesame seeds toasted
2 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
280 gram squid, cut into strips
2 red peppers, thinly sliced
85 gram mushroom, thinly sliced
1 tbsp dry sherry ( aku tukar jadik sos tiram)
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbs sugar
1 tbs ht chilli flakes or to taste
1 clove of garlic, crushed

1. Place sesame seeds on baking sheet.toast under a hot grill and set aside.
2. Heat 1 tbsp of the oil in frying pan and add squid.Cook for 2 mins. Remove and set aside.
3. Add another 1 tbsp of the oil and fry pepper and shallots for 1 minutes.Add mushroom and fry till cooked.
4. Return the squid to frying pan, add oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar,chilli flakes, garlic, stirring throughly.Cook for further 2 mins.
5 Ready to serve with white rice.

Aku tambah terung yg dipotong dan digoreng terlebih dahulu. ok.
